- Allows organizers to host and promote events.
- Allows attendees to discover and book workshops.
We act only as an intermediary connecting cafés, organizers, and attendees. We do not directly organize events or own the venues.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Respect café rules, organizer instructions, and community guidelines.
- Not use the platform for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
- Accept that some events may have limited seats and are booked on a first-come basis.

6. Café & Organizer Responsibilities

- Organizers must clearly state event details (price, inclusions, materials, age restrictions, etc.).
- Both cafés and organizers are solely responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required for events.
- BookCafeSpace.com is not responsible for disputes between cafés, organizers, or attendees.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are a facilitator, not the owner or operator of venues/events.
- We are not liable for accidents, cancellations, injuries, or disputes during workshops.
- Users participate at their own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the platform (logos, text, design, etc.) is owned by BookCafeSpace.com and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
- Organizers and cafés retain ownership of their own listing content but grant us the right to display and promote it.
